Ancient Surfaces is a New York dealer in reclaimed antique limestone sinks and stone wash basins. Every hand carved limestone sink in the collection is a genuine antique, offered for sale with worldwide crating and delivery.
Authenticity cannot
be reproduced.
Every Ancient Surfaces sink is reclaimed limestone that already carries the marks of its past. Bowls worn smooth by water, edges rounded by hands, carved aprons softened in their relief, and a patina that only long use can settle into stone. No quarry sells that, and no reproduction has ever copied it.

Honest descriptions
Each antique limestone sink is described from what the stone shows. We answer plainly on dimensions, drainage and condition, and never claim a history we cannot support.
No two sinks alike
Each reclaimed limestone sink is singular. The carving, the wear in the bowl, the colour of the stone and the dimensions belong to that piece alone.
