Vine Carved Limestone Trough Sink

A long limestone trough sink shown installed against an exposed brick wall beneath a gilt mirror. The bowl is cut as a long sloping hollow, flanked at both ends of the top by fish scale mosaic inlay in cream and rose stone. The front face is hand carved with a single scrolling vine and open rosettes, worn low across the pitted grey limestone, rather than the ribbon garlands seen on other pieces here. A black wall mounted tap is fitted above. Suited to powder rooms, principal bathrooms, wine rooms and country residences.
