Scalloped Limestone Wall Sink on Iron Brackets

A slim limestone wall sink hung beneath a window in an ochre plastered powder room, carried on dark iron brackets rather than legs or piers. Its front lip is shaped in a run of soft scallops around a central lobe, and the shallow bowl, with its drain opening visible, is cut into a pale white and grey stone. A shell rests on the flat ledge to one side. A black wall mounted mixer is fitted above. With nothing below it but the brackets, it keeps a narrow room open. Suited to powder rooms, cloakrooms, guest suites and city apartments.
